Silver Castle on Neocities aims to be a comprehensive and well curated resource for the 1993 anime "Shippu! Iron Leaguer" for both old and new fans to have a hub of knowledge and information, as most of it is scattered and often behind a language barrier. Alongside this, the goal is to also have the fun that fan sites of old brought.

Q: Why don't you host on a wikia based site?

A: Two reasons: Vandalism and much freer customization. Vandalism and unsourced information is a major issue for a lot of fanwikis, as well as generally inspiring a lot of infighting and power tripping. Doing it the fansite way at least ensures a much higher chance of accurate information and less chance for those things to get lost.

Q: How did you get the colored refs for some of these leaguers? As well as the clean team logos?

A: I made them all myself! Well, not all by myself. The cleaned colored refs for some leaguers were made by taking settei scans and using Clip Studio Paint, I was able to get cleaner lines and color in. The colors are sourced from the Bluray rips of the series, to ensure the colors are accurate and as intended by the series' artists.

The Team Logos are vertoized by me, and the bitmaps come from everything from merch to settei scans to even the laser disc releases.

Q: I want to help! How can I do so?

A: Plenty of ways! On the main page for the database, there’s a list of things we’re looking for. We will be sure to credit any and all contributions on the site that aren't made by me.
