What's this site about?

This is a fansite for the 1993-1994 Sunrise anime "Shippu! Iron Leaguer" (Whirlwind! Iron Leaguer). Created as a response to the SD-Gundam boom of the late 80's-early 90's, this unique blend of a sports and robot anime has managed to capture hearts in Japan and a few abroad, garnering a strong, passionate cult following. Mention it to the right person, and their face will light up (like mine!).
